We are looking for a smart, consultative Inbound Sales Specialist with experience in IT services and AI-based solutions. The role involves handling inbound leads, understanding business challenges, and recommending AI, automation, data, and digital solutions along with traditional IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads for IT services & AI solutions
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities for AI/ML, automation, and data-driven solutions
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business problems & AI use cases
- Pitch AI-powered offerings (chatbots, automation, analytics, GenAI, RPA, etc.)
- Collaborate with pre-sales & AI/tech teams for solution design
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and SOWs for AI & IT services
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM
- Achieve revenue targets through inbound conversions
- Educate clients on AI adoption, benefits & ROI
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of IT services sales (Staff Aug, Fixed Cost, T&M)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI solutions & use cases
- Ability to position AI as a business value solution (not just tech)
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Strong discovery & consultative selling skills
- CRM pipeline management
AI & Tech Knowledge (Must Have)
- Understanding of Generative AI, AI chatbots, workflow automation, RPA
- Familiarity with AI tools & platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS AI)
- Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards & AI-driven insights
- Awareness of AI integration with CRM, ERP, websites & apps
Requirements
- 4-10 years of inbound sales experience in IT services / tech company
- Experience selling AI or digital transformation solutions is a big plus
- Proven track record of closing inbound deals
- Smart, proactive, and business-oriented individual
