Role Overview

As a Prompt Engineer and AI Interaction Designer, you will design structured prompts and conversational workflows that enable Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver accurate, reliable, and context-aware responses. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and designers to build intelligent conversational systems for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop prompt frameworks for AI-powered applications and automation tools.
• Optimize prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM accuracy, reliability, and response quality.
• Build and design conversational flows and guardrails for AI assistants and chatbots.
• Evaluate LLM outputs and continuously improve prompt performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI-driven interactions into digital platforms.
• Conduct testing and experimentation to refine prompts and improve user experience.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques for Large Language Models.
• Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or LLaMA.
• Knowledge of conversational design and AI interaction workflows.
• Basic programming or scripting experience with Python or similar languages.
