We are looking for a forward-thinking AI HR Strategist to support the organization’s transformation by integrating AI-driven tools, automation, and data analytics into HR processes. This role combines traditional HR generalist responsibilities with strategic AI adoption in HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce analytics.

The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, talent strategy, and HR technology platforms, along with a strong interest in AI-enabled HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive AI-enabled HR initiatives to improve talent acquisition, employee experience, and workforce productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools, HR analytics, and automation into HR processes.
  • Support leadership in workforce planning and AI-driven talent strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end HR generalist activities including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle management from hiring to exit.
  • Implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Use HR analytics and data insights to improve hiring strategies and employee retention.
  • Support recruitment teams in identifying AI and emerging technology talent.
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and workforce productivity.
  • Implement and manage HR tech platforms, ATS, HRMS, and AI-powered HR tools.
  • Automate HR workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Train HR teams and employees on new digital HR systems and AI-enabled platforms.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience and strong understanding of HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics, HRMS platforms, ATS systems, and AI-enabled HR tools.
  • Experience working with technology-driven or digital transformation organizations.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to align HR strategies with business and technology goals.
