We are seeking a results-driven AI Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by promoting AI-powered solutions, Generative AI services, and digital transformation offerings to enterprise clients. The role requires a combination of technology understanding and consultative sales skills to identify client challenges and position AI solutions effectively.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling AI, data-driven solutions or digital transformation services to global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions across global accounts.
  • Drive sales of AI/ML solutions, Generative AI, Automation, Predictive Analytics, and AI-Powered Digital Products.
  • Build relationships with CXOs, Technology Leaders, and Business Stakeholders.
  • Understand client business challenges and propose AI-enabled digital transformation solutions.
  • Conduct solution presentations, product demos, and workshops for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to craft customized proposals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
  • Stay updated with AI, Generative AI, and emerging technology trends.
  • Identify opportunities in industries such as Retail, Automotive, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Edtech and E-commerce.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Analytics, and Automation solutions.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT services sales or technology solution sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and delivery teams.
