Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Inbound Sales Executive with
2 to 5 years of experience in handling inbound leads for IT services. The
candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, understanding client
requirements, and converting opportunities into business across Ecommerce, Digital Transformation, Mobile Application,
and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle
and respond to inbound leads generated via website, campaigns, and
marketing channels
- Understand
client requirements and map them to relevant IT service offerings (Ecommerce, Digital Transformation, Mobile Application, AI/ML, Cloud, etc.)
- Conduct
initial discussions, requirement gathering, and solution alignment
- Qualify
leads based on budget, timeline, and technical feasibility
- Coordinate
with pre-sales and technical teams to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare
proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Maintain
CRM hygiene and track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions
- Drive
lead-to-closure cycle and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build
strong client relationships and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5
years of experience in inbound sales within IT services or digital
solutions
- Strong
understanding of Ecommerce, Digital Transformation, Mobile Application, AI/ML, Cloud services
- Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability
to understand technical requirements and convert them into business
opportunities
- Experience
with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
