Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Outbound
Sales Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT services. The candidate will
be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads
through outbound channels, and driving revenue growth across Ecommerce, Digital Transformation, Mobile Application, cloud, and AI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify
and generate new leads through outbound channels such as cold calling,
email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Research
target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to build a strong sales
pipeline
- Initiate
conversations, qualify prospects, and create interest in IT service
offerings
- Schedule
meetings, demos, and discussions with potential clients
- Collaborate
with pre-sales and technical teams to craft customized solutions
- Prepare
proposals, pitch decks, and participate in client presentations
- Manage
end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain
accurate records of outreach and pipeline in CRM tools
- Achieve
monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to overall business growth
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5
years of experience in outbound sales/business development in IT services
- Strong
understanding of Ecommerce, Digital Transformation, Mobile Application, cloud, and AI-based solutions
- Proven
experience in cold outreach and lead generation
- Excellent
communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity
with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce,
etc.)
