We are looking for a skilled Online Bidder with 2 to 5 years of
experience in generating business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer,
and similar portals. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant
opportunities, submitting proposals, and converting leads into projects across Ecommerce, Digital Transformation, Mobile Application, Cloud, and AI-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify
and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru,
etc.
- Analyze
client requirements and craft customized, winning proposals
- Communicate
with clients to understand needs and position suitable solutions
- Generate
leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities
- Coordinate
with technical/pre-sales teams for accurate solutioning and estimations
- Negotiate
pricing, timelines, and project scope with clients
- Maintain
a strong pipeline and track all activities in CRM/tools
- Build
long-term client relationships for repeat business
- Achieve
monthly targets in terms of leads, proposals, and closures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5
years of experience in online bidding for IT services
- Strong
experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Excellent
written communication and proposal drafting skills
- Understanding
of Ecommerce, Digital Transformation, Mobile Application, Cloud, and AI-based services
- Ability
to analyze requirements and convert them into business opportunities
