We are looking for a proactive LinkedIn Sales Specialist
with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT services sales. This role will focus on
leveraging LinkedIn as a primary channel to generate leads, build
relationships, and drive business opportunities across
Ecommerce, Digital Transformation, Mobile Application, Cloud, and AI-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage
LinkedIn for lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline building
- Identify
and connect with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Tech Heads, etc.)
- Execute
personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messages and content
engagement
- Manage
inbound responses and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Work
closely with marketing for content-led engagement and branding initiatives
- Schedule
meetings and handover qualified leads to sales/pre-sales teams
- Maintain
CRM updates and track outreach performance metrics
- Continuously
optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies
Required Skills:
- 2–5
years of experience in IT services sales / LinkedIn lead generation
- Strong
expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach strategies
- Excellent
written communication and personalization skills
- Understanding
of
Ecommerce, Digital Transformation, Mobile Application, Cloud, and AI-based services
- Experience
in cold outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
- Familiarity
with CRM tools and sales tracking
